Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hilton London Ontario

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Loved the business class rooms and the amenities in the Executive Lounge.
Nothing I "did not like"

Annie, front desk very accommodating, Stephan front door greeter, Blake, Executive Lounge host, Matt, bellman, few of the staff I inter-acted with and found extremely friendly. Beds are amazing.

Quick easy getaway.
Shower in the room was better suited for a midget.

Friendly staff , surprise parking is extra, pool and hot tub/sauna was nice however the pool could be a little deeper.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
It didn't have a map or directory in the room of amenities within walking distance.

This hotel is great if you have a couple of people staying in a room. When I travel with my teens I like to stay in a room with a kitchen ...a suite style. The fitness center has more cardio machines than usual in a hotel and a set of weights. It's not bad for a hotel gym. My kids enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. Beds and pillows were comfortable and staff was friendly. A newspaper was delivered to my door each morning. The restaurant was more formal so we went to Timmie's for breakfast and to the Keg for dinner one night and a fabulous little Greek restaurant on Richmond called The Symposium with amazing desserts! You pay extra for parking but it is very convenient to take your car in and out and very close to the hotel. ...read more

Private use of the swimming pool and the hot tub.
Pool Tournament - open liquor, swearing, hockey tournament kids running & abusing elevators.

Wait staff were over worked and not coping with poor staffing levels, cafe setting for meals, lounge poorly equipped for quiet meals/late night drinks, Hot tub was scalding hot, but Maintenance addressed issue quickly, then band-aids found floating on surface.

Friendly staff, clean rooms which are nice size.
Nothing

The hotel and staff were excellent. When we arrived we were forwarned that their are kids there with their parents for various functions and that the pool would be busy. We understood, (as we have traveled for hockey with kids too). The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was clean. Really enjoyed our visit.

I liked that there was not a line up to check in at check-in time.
The enclosed parking spots were full and it snowed, so I had to dig my car out.

Cater to noisy hockey teams regularly at this location; not what I expect from a Hilton

Maybe on a normal weekday with no likelihood of a hockey tournament, you might get some sleep. Avoid it on tourny weekends 'cuz the staff don't care if the kids are roaming the hotel and playing hockey in the hallways; the lobby is the only quiet place then.

Quiet even though there was a boys hockey tournament full of kids staying at the hotel.
The waitress at breakfast brought the debit machine over to settle the bill while we were still eating.

Had to cancel travel plans and did not stay at the hotel on this occasion. Have stayed at this hotel in the past and was very satisfied.
