The parking situation in the area is very difficult. Street parking is hard due to visitor and resident restrictions. Valet parking is pricy and the lot across the street is expensive also. Also, overnight street parking is hard because of street cleaning

The hotel has a great location next to Christopher Columbus Park, the water, and Fanueuil Hall. The staff were very nice and changed our room to the top floor when we asked for a different room.

The location was fantastic, the staff was very polite and accommodating, and the restaurant/bar was great.
We were given an "interior" room that had frosted windows b/c they overlooked the event room/ballroom. So, it felt small and dark. I didn't love that, of course, but otherwise, the room was lovely.

Great location, of course. Walking distance to so many tourist attractions, and a T station literally right out the front door. While taking in the attractions, it was easy to return to the hotel for breaks. The restaurant served us well for a late night snack and drinks, and then again the next morning for a fabulous breakfast buffet. Plus, they have a Starbucks! Staff was kind, and accommodating. The room was lovely. Obviously this is not a budget hotel, and you pay for the convenience (including not inexpensive parking!) but all was well worth it. ...read more

The location was perfect for whale watching tour access. Close to the Freedom Trail and shopping. Great workout facilities. Great fish and chips in the lounge.

Superb tourist location, lovely guest room, very good hotel restaurant, very helpful and courteous front desk staff. No complaints whatsoever.

Great location! Close to all our favorite spots.
The cost of parking was insane! We ended up parking in a garage across the street for a fraction of the price.

Best customer service I have ever had. I called the day before we arrived, asked if we could upgraded to a harbor view, and was infinitely pleased with the reservations woman I spoke with. She was beyond helpful and gave me the upgrade, free of charge.
