Hotel Guest Reviews of the Comfort Suites Phoenix
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 9, 2013

Great location and close to lots of restaurants and right off the I-17. Great staff but don't expect them to clean you room every day as they don't which was okay with me.

Inside the hotel was nice. I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable that at night the doors are locked and if you want access inside you have to look up into a camera and call on the phone, if the neighborhood is that dangerous perhaps they should have security! I feel the staff was rude and incompetent. My son was injured by the door and the woman couldn't even offer an apology! I was outraged. I will never stay at this location again. ...

We arrived from NM after 3pm to find out that our room not ready The guest checking in before us had the same problem. Maid service had already left. Late check out guests did not inform front desk.

I was very pleased with the hotel. Despite being next to the freeway, it was not noisy, I could hardly hear freeway traffic and I had a room with windows facing the freeway. I didn't see any homeless people in the area and I felt very safe there while traveling alone as a female, as the hotel locks the lobby door at night and it only opens with your room key. Clean and comfortable though nothing fancy. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. ...
