Family Traveling with Teens
This was a great hotel for a great price...definitely a "no frills" hotel but it had all the necessities for a fantastic price! The full kitchen was a great plus! The facility was clean with a helpful staff! Will definitely be using this hotel in the future wherever my travels take me!

Very upset that I was charged more at check in. I was giving one price when I made reservation and at check in I was charged more. Couldn't cancel because all hotels in area were booked. Very unhappy and wouldn't stay again for that. They should honor the price I was giving online

Couple
There were ants in the shower. At 2:30 AM the smoke alarm went off and we had to leave the hotel to stand out in the freezing cold. The fire department took at least 20minutes before they showed up to check and clear the hotel for our return back to our warm room. When we checked out and were asked how our stay was we shared these problems with the clerk to only hear "thank you for telling us, well fix these problems for the NEXT guess" umm you got my money so forget fixing my problem..RITE?? We will not stay here again..and by the way bring a bag of ice or youll have to wait for your ice trays to freeze. ...

Excellent location nearby Seaworld with lowest price to stay. The complimentary Breakfast is great. It would be prefect if orange juice is provided.
