Hampton Inn Majestic Chicago

Location Location Location! This Hotel close enough to everything and if it wasnt it was easy to get a cab, train or bus from there. The rooms were excellent the staff excellent and good food close by. Oh and the free breakfast was very good. The famous Chicago Millers Pub a short walk down the street. Be careful if you have a car. There is public parking @$40.00 per day but for an extra $2.00 I'd let valet take care of it

This hotel was in a perfect location to enjoy all of the wonderful downtown Chicago sites. Everything was accessable by either walking or using bus, taxi, or trolley. The staff was totally exceptional and made our stay comfortable in every way. The breakfast was great each morning during our four day stay! Kudos! While the lobby and breakfast area are small and cramped, the rooms are spacious and nicer than rooms we've stayed in at the Palmer House. From bellboys to front desk to housekeeping, the staff could not have been more helpful. The free breakfast is ample, with hot entrées changing each day. This hotel was great! The staff was very helpful. Our room was very clean and we loved the decor; it was very city chic. The continental breakfast was excellent, way better than any I've ever had. I would love to go back to this hotel!

Nice hotel, but our room was a nonsmoking room, yet the hall outside our room smelled like smoke and so did our room. It was not a pleasant smell.
