Hotel Guest Reviews of the Hampton Inn Majestic Chicago

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The rooms were excellent the staff excellent and good food close by. Oh and the free breakfast was very good. The famous Chicago Millers Pub a short walk down the street. If you need anything from the store there is a Walgreens and a CVS very close by as well. The entire staff was the best I have had in all of Chicago Hotels. ...read more

Having to use the room key every time I got on the elevator was rediculous. Also, someone forgot to mention the $42.00 per day parking. Thanks a lot!

Be careful if you have a car. There is public parking @$40.00 per day but for an extra $2.00 I'd let valet take care of it

The staff was exceptional! All were very friendly and made our stay a great one.
We have no negative comments whatsoever (other than high parking prices which we understand is the going rate for the area.)

This hotel was in a perfect location to enjoy all of the wonderful downtown Chicago sites. Everything was accessable by either walking or using bus, taxi, or trolley. The staff was totally exceptional and made our stay comfortable in every way. The breakfast was great each morning during our four day stay! Kudos! It was even better by getting great rates during the "off" season! ...read more

Location! Free breakfast! Free Internet!
Seemed unkempt - bags of trash and carts of supplies were out nearly every night on all floors we visited.

While the lobby and breakfast area are small and cramped, the rooms are spacious and nicer than rooms we've stayed in at the Palmer House. From bellboys to front desk to housekeeping, the staff could not have been more helpful. The free breakfast is ample, with hot entrées changing each day. We had no trouble with accessing the Internet, unlike some hotels in our recent experience. While there is no restaurant in the building, there is no shortage of eateries nearby. ...read more

Staff
at the desk was so helpful to us, as because of an error by us, we could have gotten a hotel nearer to Loyoya. But, the staff here was very kind.
Can't think of anything.

Very accommodating and helpful to us. Also, the morning breakfast was very nice, hot, looked and tasted very good.

Great styling of rooms. Comfortable and convenient. Great service.
More protein and veggie options at breakfast would be better. I couldn't really eat anything there.

Great service, location, quality, and price!

This hotel was great! The staff was very helpful. Our room was very clean and we loved the decor; it was very city chic. The continental breakfast was excellent, way better than any I've ever had. I would love to go back to this hotel!

Location and comfortable beds.
We were in a nonsmoking room, but it smelled like smoke the entire time.

Nice hotel, but our room was a nonsmoking room, yet the hall outside our room smelled like smoke and so did our room. It was not a pleasant smell.
