The hotel was great! I was very pleased for the price how nice the hotel was. It was in a great location in the city, very near to Michigan Avenue and for the adventurers like us, it was a nice walk to Navy Pier. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast lady was so sweet. There were many options for breakfast as well. The room we stayed in (king studio) had a full kitchen, bathroom, bed, and daybed/couch. Wifi in the rooms was a little slow, but free, so all things considered it was nice. I would recommend this hotel to others. ...

Great hotel within walking distance to Michigan Ave shops, across the street from Harry Carey's steakhouse. Rooms are very well appointed and spacious.

Family Traveling with Young Children
Bring snacks and drinks as there is plenty of room to store these supplies. The pool was nice and clean, however the chlorine burned our eyes as the ventilation was not very good. Hotel staff was very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. There were a lot of restaurants that were very close as well as shopping. Everything was within walking distance, we only needed a cab when traveling to the museums. Very pleased with this hotel and would highly recommend and will most likely stay here again. ...
