Hotel Guest Reviews of the Springhill Suites Williamsburg
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.October 19, 2012

Terrific bed, pillows and breakfast. Room very clean and nicely decorated.
I travel quite a bit and this hotel was one of the best or the best I have ever experienced.

Excellent location, newly rennovated. Very modern look and huge rooms. The staff was very helpful and our stay was a pleasure!

We had a pleasant stay and the accommodations were serviceable. Plenty of room for our family of four. Free buffet breakfast was above average. Airy, trendy, colorful decor and furnishings - we liked it, maybe not for everyone. Springhill is a price point below Residence Inn across the parking lot, and they seem to signal this by having cheaper fixtures: bathroom fixtures, ceiling fan, etc. The microwave - cup of tea 15 minutes on high and it was barely tepid! TV's were nice though. Little storage space and one hook in the bathroom.

Situated in a very convenient location for Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Many restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable, and a very extensive breakfast buffet.

The rooms are large with seating areas and a mini kitchen. The hotel staff was nice and did their best to accommodate us, when we wanted to check in early to get ready for the wedding we were there for. The breakfast was much more varied than the usual free hot breakfast. The seating area was large and staff kept it clean. This was a much better deal for the money than other hotels. I would stay here again. ...
