The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful

We stayed in a king suite very spacious and and clean I always strip down the bed with its bedding to check the mattress for anything that looks unclean to my surprise they had a bed bug protector on the mattress and of course I took that off and everything looked great and I felt safe to sleep in that bed I would recommend this hotel, what was great about the area was the pancake house just a block away all area attraction easy to get to ...read more

The hotel was clean and quite. The staff was nice and pleasant.
There was a scrape book club that bet, it
was quit noisy one night till 1 am.

Over all the stay was nice. The breakfast was nice and the staff was nice as well. The rooms were clean and in good repair. Would stay again when traveling to the area.

Located close to all attractions we wanted to see. Free breakfast good.
Pool way over chlorinated.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. It was near the attractions we wanted to see.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and indoor pool
Had an adjoining room with a very noisy baby next door. Poor sound suppression between rooms.

Recommend staying here. Great location for Colonial Williamsburg. Exceptionally helpful staff. Our 5 year old loved it. Nice bathrooms, very clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Nice to have pull-out couch in suite.

Air conditioner groaned whenever it turned on, the seating capacity for breakfast was very inadequate.

Its OK. The facilities are good, just get up early for breakfast if you want a seat. The staff were great. The only bad things I noticed were that the blankets are so warm, that even if you turn the AC down to 67 degrees, you still feel uncomfortable. The seating for breakfast was crowded enough that the staff opened up a conference room to accommodate everyone.

Hotel itself was great spacious room and clean.

Hotel facility was wonderful, reservation was made as pre-paid no funds were taken out as a pre pay. Hotel over charged us. They made all together 4 authorizations to our account took 4 days to remove one is still pending. MANAGERS did not know how to handle problem or just didn't. Took time away from our trip now taking time away after we got home. Very UPSET. Manager also made me feel like it was our fault for making reservations.
No one
has taken responsibility for the mistakes that have been made. What was to be a short relaxing- already paid for trip has been a big hassle.
