The hotel was well located for us, quiet and sufficient.
No clean towels till late on our 2nd day there,,slow response to request.

I think this was a good choice for us, attending a granddaughter's graduation, well-priced and comfortable. Very good beds.

The accomodations are amazing. Very comfortable beds. Room has everything you needbut, if you need anything the staff is there to bring it to you in a heartbeat. Absolutley loved the Bistro Restaurant. Excellent food and a very friendly staff. I would recommend it to anyone that is traveling.

The pool deck was nice and quiet.
The overbooking. We were put in a handicap accessible room. Pool was approximately 90 degrees. Unable to switch rooms. Bed was hard as a rock. A/C unit was loud.

I was very unhappy with our stay. I called ahead to let them know we would be a late arrival. We arrived they said they had over booked the hotel and had one room left and it was handicap accessible. Neither of us are handicap. We took it because the desk person said we could switch the following day. Laying on the bed was like laying on a piece of plywood, the floor was more comfortable. Went to front desk following morning to see about switching rooms, they say "sorry we can't because they are fully booked". I tell them that the night person told us we could and he says sorry, nothing they could/would do for us. For it being the middle of March, the pool water was hotter than the water I take a shower in. The pool deck was nice and quiet though. Our A/C Unit was loud and unable to be fixed. Overall we will not be staying at a Courtyard by Marriott again. I have always liked staying at the Marriott in Palm Beach Gardens, and thought this would be o.k. since that one was booked. But it wasn't and I am highly disappointed with it. Definitely not worth the money or the star rating it has. ...read more

Because of physical limitations asked for ground floor..very few guests at time I asked, Clerk said no,.never made eye contact..Lack of free breakfast makes this hotel non competitve..even though servers in breakfast area were nice,..too slow for business

Ordered two queen beds. only had a king. hotel management would not change it. had to call Priceline to get the hotel to change room. gave upcharge aftrer calling Priceline. Room walls could hear everything in next room. Overall very bad experience.
poor service and no help with changing room took over an hour to get room changed

lousy service, walls very thin with no or little insulation between rooms, very bad experience

This hotel is a perfect place to stay, staff is a little short on duties but as a whole I would stay here again and again, Oh wait I did.
