Hotel Guest Reviews of the W Hotel Hoboken

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I liked the fact that it was out of the city but still in close proximity
The hotel seemed noisy at night. I guess it was from the boxing match that night. People were drunk and it got a little annoying

Jon was exceptional. Put me in a quiet location with a fantastic view as my Mom was in Hoboken University Medical Center. Everyone on staff went out of their way to please you.

The location was the best, many places to walk for lunch or dinner, the hotel also provided complimentary shuttle ride to the ferry and back.

The hotel location was perfect for our family,it sits right on the Hudson river and I saw the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets. From the time that we arrived everyone one from the doormen to housekeeping was wonderful, The hotel environment was relaxed, comfortable and very accommodating to our needs, I called the night before and spoke to Jim who was(very pleasant) and advised him that we needed a room with double beds instead of one king,I also called the morning of the trip to make sure that everything was on point and again I spoke to Jim that stated everything was ready and my room with 2 beds was available for our family at no extra charge, after arriving the front desk manager(Lori)who was very kind, explain everything to us concerning the room and the nice view. As we made our way to our room on the 4th floor the view with beautiful. This was more than what we had expected. The parking is $38 or 30 across the street there is also side parking right across from the hotel which is free after 9 pm we were lucky to get a space both nights(make sure you put the ticket in the window or you will get a $30 fine). The bed and room itself was extra clean. The ferry ride over to Manhattan was $18 round trip after getting off the ferry there was free buses that could take you to Time Square area(we got off on 42nd st). The Cake Boss Shop is located in hoboken and 42nd st in Manhattan, and if you decide to eat out for breakfast there is a spot called Stacks Pancake(The Best! 5 people $53)worth it. I will def be back we enjoyed our stay plenty of walking, biking and dog walking and the area. The area seemed to be safe but of course no matter where you go you want to be careful. ...read more

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Having the large chair set up between the windows gave a great view and a perfect place to nap!
There was a wedding party the night we were there and the "guests" were running through the halls screaming at each other and banging on doors until about 4:00am.

Great location to catch the PATH to NY. If you want to stay in Hoboken and hit the bars and restaurants, most of the action is 2 blocks west on Washington Street. The room we had was large and very comfortable.

Enjoyed the sheik modern feel.
no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

From hospitality to cleanliness this was a great stay. Parking was alittle pricey at $35 a stay but being so close to NYC you have to expect that. The Room was awesome, got upgraded to NYC skyline view for no charge.

Great Room. Free Valet parking for Priceline Customers ($35 savings per night)Even cleaned the snow off my car after Snowstorm NEMO. Great Experience!
Difficult to find entrance at night. Entrance is on the side, not the front as in most hotels. Also, $30/night charge if you prefer view of NYC instead of Hoboken.

Great ambience. On site restaurants and spa. Plenty to do in walking distance. Every cuisine imaginable in walking distance as well as online delivery from Grubhub. Many clubs and shops within walking distance.

Not able to have more than two wireless devices access internet at same time, although I paid $9 each day (which is normally free in other hotels) for the Wi-Fi service. ...read more
