Hotel Guest Reviews of the Travelodge Savannah Area/Richmond Hill

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Good location, easy to find.
Kind of shabby, not kept up very well.

Due to a credit card issue, they cancelled our reservation. Fortunately, person at desk was very helpful in putting us into a room, but not the style of room originally purchased.

pretty good location for what we were doing.
The bugs we had to kill, the drug addicts sitting in their van all night

Cheap yes but it's run down and pretty gross. My fiance killed several bugs (not sure what kind, he made sure I didn't see) and in the back parking lot all night sat 2 drug addicts it seemed in their van. I mean they were sitting in their van all night.

Excellent room. Clean. Ideal stopping place on the way north from Florida. Very easy access.
Staff was just ok; could have used a little people skills but nothing seriously wrong. Could have used a light in the room near the door. (There was alight switch that went to nothing.

I didn't get a chance to stay in this hotel. When I arrived on 04/05/13, The front desk clerk told me that she didn't have my reservation and all the rooms were booked.
They don't advise Priceline.com when their rooms are all booked causing a problem on arrival for guests.

The front desk clerk had a very nasty attitude.and didn't appear to care that because of their neglect to update priceline that my daughter and I had nowhere to go. All she kept saying were all rooms were booked then went back to sitting down in the lobby. RUDE!

good location, clean rooms, hot breakfast
I had trouble with the internet on the outside rooms, the rooms farthest from office

It is a great place to stay. They have a washer and dryer to use.

Location right off I-95 is the only thing that I can say I like about the hotel.
Everything!

I don't know where to start! The room was scary! The floor of the bathroom was disgusting. The shower was black on the bottom and also cracked. It felt like you would fall through any minute. I refused to walk on the carpet in bare feet. The alarm clock did not work. Spend $10.00 and replace the alarm clock...what is so hard about that! It was just bad and I was glad I only had to spend 8 hours in the room. ...read more

The rooms were very clean, the beds smelled fresh and clean. Hotel staff was freindly and helpful. Good breakfast
Breakfast area too small for the number of guest.

Overall very nice. Good location, great price, clean rooms.

The price was fair.
The beds were hard, the bathroom was small and the walls need to be washed and painted, and there was no iron & ironing board in the room.

Overall the stay was okay but the rooms need to be upgraded.

The location was centrally located for my needs, close to Savannah and Ft Stewart, and the highway without all the noise.

The staff was excellent to start with both checking in and out. The location was great, and there was plenty of food and other shopping nearby. Again the highway was right out of the entrance, but there was no noise. Rooms were large and clean. The hotel was a little bit older, but nothing was broken down, dirty or needed repair. I'd stay again for sure!
