Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Seattle Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(19) | Solo Traveler(34) | Traveling as Couple(48) | Family with Young Children(16) | Family with Teens(6) | Senior Traveler(10) | Group Traveler(3)

It was very close to the airport and had a shuttle.
The room was rather dingy and even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like it had been a smoking room at one time.
The location was very convenient for just a one-night stay when I was catching a flight early the next morning, but I thought it was poorer than other Holiday Inns I have been in.

Location to airport.
Run down, parking too expensive, and tired property.
Adequate, but hardly accommodating.

Friendly staff.
$15/night parking fee.
The only negative about the hotel was the surprise of the $15/ night parking fee. Everything else was great.

Very friendly and attentive staff, and good beds.
Small rooms, older, stained carpets, and generally worn.

The beds were comfortable.
Small bathroom with mold, first room smelled like sewer and had to be moved.
The bathrooms are very small. Shower had mold on the walls. We had to be moved to another room because the one we started in smelled like the sewer. The staff was quick and didn't have issues with our request. The beds are comfortable.
