The check in staff was good, The room was clean and a good size. Parking was free and easy, I love free wifi, this hotel has it.

I went the last half hour of breakfast to find everything empty, cold coffee and no one there to ask. There was a lady sitting texting,(not sure if she was employee or not) cold unfriendly, nothing to eat.

The best part of this hotel is it's location. Easy freeway loop 410 access to all of San Antonio, the airport is very close. The price is good. Older type TVs in the rooms and the main network channels were not working well. NBC,CBS,ABC, Breakfast was a disappointment. The price was good and my wife and I were OK with the value.

rooms are comfy and is a good location near eateries and shopping centers.

Light fixture missing in bedroom. Wires were just dangling from the ceiling. The light in the bathroom didn't work and we told the man at the front desk, but nothing was done. The room smelled bad.

Overall bad experience.

Closeness to airport.

Other than its location to the airport, I liked nothing about this place.

Not what I expected at all. Definitely not a place to bring your family members or young children. I say this because of some of the other guests I saw as I entered the parking lot and as I entered the building. Dirty...

Proximity to airport.

Key card had to be reprogrammed twice.

Located right across the street from the San Antonio International airport rental car lots and immediate access to Airport building. Overall, the hotel was dated both in the lobby in rooms. The rooms was clean, but lacked power, they need to add an electrical power strip to the desk. The wireless Internet was weak.
