Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Suites Anaheim Stadium

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was'nt cleaned multiple times, when I went to the front desk they claimed someone in the room answered the door & said not to clean the room yet no one was in the room the all day. room had black spiders that bit me &I had to get med.treatment

Our room was neglected for cleaning, Spiders are every where. People with children allowed them to scream and run wild upstairs above us from 6 am til after 11 pm. The hotel did nohing when we told them. The hotel claims that 100% satisfaction or they'll make it right. They do not honor that policy when it comes down to issues. I required medical care for the infected bites when I returned home. We got very little sleep due to them putting an ou of control family of children in the room above us. when we were away all day they claimed the room did no get cleaned because the maid said someone answered the door and said not to clean it which was a lie. ...read more

The hotel is right off the I5 and takes literally 5 - 7 minutes to get to Disneyland. Our room had a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a sink, and a dishwasher.
No hot water in the shower for about 15 mins. The upstairs plumbing was very loud. We kept stubbing our feet on the threshold in the bathroom

This hotel is right off the I5 so it's very convenient to get to. It's very close to Disneyland, Angel Stadium, and the Honda Center. The rooms have pull-out beds and kitchens. They also serve breakfast in the morning. When we stayed there, there were three bus loads of kids staying also. They must have used up the hot water in the morning because there was none left for us for about 15 mins. ...read more

Staff was great, the free breakfast was decent, including a waffle maker. The price is good and comes with free parking. Full kitchen was helpful esp with kids. It looked like the exterior was newly painted as well as the interior
Some of the furniture was really outdated, even all the fixtures in the kitchen esp the cabinets. The new paint and updated countertops were a nice touch but needs a little bit more updating

Overall the hotel was a good value. Try getting an upstairs unit because we could hear footsteps easily. Also, parking can be impossible on a weekend late at night so beware

After reading other reviews, this hotel was exactly what I expected. You got a full kitchen, place to sleep, decent tv, and standard bathroom. For the price, I don't think it could be beat. It was close to everything.
The freeway noise was loud - our room was right next to it. I am not a light sleeper, so that didn't bother while sleeping, but annoying while in the room awake. First night we killed about 10 spiders in the room. That was bad.

After reading other reviews, this hotel was exactly what I expected. You got a full kitchen, place to sleep, decent tv, and standard bathroom. For the price, I don't think it could be beat. If you go into this knowing it's a 2.5 star hotel and not expecting something more, I think you will be happy. The rooms do need some renovation - cracks in walls and ceilings and new paint. It was generally clean - my husband is a germaphobe and he was fine walking on the floor without his shoes (good sign!) The staff was friendly at check in and check out. Their deposit policies are a bit extreme - if you take a towel out of the room it costs you $20. You can't even take a bath towel to the pool. We aren't talking about plush 5-star towels here... They weren't even soft, so I am not sure where their extreme policies come from. Getting cookware from them seems outrageous, too. I packed plastic/paper eating utensils and some tin foil and cooked some frozen food in the oven and made sandwiches. They had a microwave, too. That was the extent of my cooking, so we didn't have dishes to wash or need theirs. The full fridge/freezer combo was excellent. It was close to everything, literally right off the freeway. We went over to Seal Beach which was only a 25 minute drive - Disneyland was only 5 minutes away in light traffic. But... it was RIGHT off the freeway so the freeway noise was loud - our room was right next to it. We are not light sleepers, so that didn't bother us while sleeping, but annoying while in the room awake. If you are a light sleeper, might want to request a room on the opposite side of the property. First night we killed about 10 spiders in the room. That was bad, but we put some peppermint oil by the door and windows and didn't see them for the rest of the stay (something I've learned in my many travels - bugs don't like peppermint.) :) Overall - if you can get a good price, don't be afraid to book this. ...read more

Room was not is good condition, walls, linens, floors damaged. Wifi did not work well at all. Pillows on the bed were the size of average throw pillows for a couch but there were 6 of then. Not what I expect from Quality Suites

The rooms were nice and family loved it
Very thin walls... Kids were running and moving things all night til 3-4am When we ask for more towels we got questioned like we were going to steal them.

The hotel is nice and is a nice area.

The room is big and charming. It is resort room which equipped with stove and oven. There are four rooms sharing one villar. All the doors are open to the outside seperately, not a inside corridor. The employee is hospitality. Breakfast is fine.
There is no pillow but cushion on the bed. And it is too small and to thick for sleeping. It is not in the downtown.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The room was basically an apartment studio with plenty of room. There was three different closets which I liked. Breakfast was good for being free.
The pool could use some updating but I also didn't use it. I'm just judging by looks.

The room was very large, the property well maintained.
Breakfast was continental with waffles and scrambled eggs, not what we call a "full breakfast". Room only had king bed and sleeper sofa, could not upgrade to 2 queens without doubling the price.

The property was very well maintained and rooms were plenty big with a full kitchen and even a fireplace. It was an easy 5 minute drive to Disneyland, but definitely not walking distance. There were lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was more continental, but had scrambled eggs (substitute) and waffles. Staff was all very friendly. Parking lot was full each night, but we always found a spot. If you're a traveler looking for a clean and comfortable room at an affordable rate, this is the place for you if you don't expect any bells and whistles. ...read more
