Close to Disneyland, but it's a 15 min. walk. You can also ride the ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation) shuttle to and from Disneyland, it's only $5 per day.
Some construction going on while we were there, but it did not impact us.

Good breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant. Great staff, friendly service.

Location was excellent, staff was friendly.
I did not like the fact that we had to pay $10.00 for parking at the Hotel. Parking should be included, like it is at most hotels. You don't have a choice either because you get what you get with bidding. Very deceitful on the Hotels part.

The staff was awesome and the room was clean and safe. Yes it is a little small, but how big do you really need it? We walked 8 minutes to the FREE tram to the Disney parks, and never waited more than 4 minutes either going to or from the parks.
The breakfast is not free which surprised me. Yeah it is big portions, we shared it, and he food was a amazing, but I am used to free breakfasts.

I am going to stay there again. Using the negotiator I got it for only
XXX a night. No other site can touch that price.

The company is doing very well keeping the property updated and upgraded. In fact there was a great deal of construction going, and it was very little bother.

THe staff was friendly and effecient, they helped us with shuttle transport to the airport and were willing to keep our bags all day until shuttle pickup.
The hotel was a good walk, not a bad walk and shorter than some hotels we have been to in the past. 10min to Downtown Disney and that is accurate, but it will take you another 10min to get to the Disney and Cal Ad entrances, unless you take the monorail.

The hotel was clean, the room was nice and although there was construction for their remodel it was not intrusive. The Staff was friendly and helpful, although they do find some time for just hanging out which seemed a little strange. They weren't doing anything wrong, they just didn't seem to be productive. This was in the restaurant/bar area. Check out was simple and efficient which is good when you want to get back to the Disney Parks, however we had some minor room issues that we did not make a stink about but wanted them to be aware of. A sink clog, a drippy showerhead and a tear in the carpet that exposed a nail, which I stepped on. The staff did not respond as I had expected. I wouldn't mention it on the review at all if they had been a little more concerned. They just said "k" and wrote our room number on the sheet of paper I handed them. Would we stay again, yes. Would we stay again for their full price probably not. The beds were great, the air worked, the pool was warm. Great location for visiting Disneyland and a good restaurant that the kids ate free. The beds were very comfortable.
The $10 a day parking fee and we had to pay a fee for the shuttle service to Disneyland. The bathroom needed upgraded, cracked sink, poor showerhead and bathtub hard to unplug.

Overall, we had a good stay. The bathroom needed upgrading, but nothing that took away from our stay. The staff was friendly, especially the restaurant staff. The hotel is very close to Disneyland, you could walk or pay for the shuttle service.
