Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard By Marriott Westchase
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 17, 2013
Family Traveling with Young Children
Pros: helpful staff, large clean rooms, good location next to shops. Cons: WIFI needs to be on a secure network.

The sheets on one of the beds was dirty...like someone had slept on them already...there was hair and food particles!!! They brought me sheets but not pillow cases! I had to change them myself. This is completely unacceptable for this level of hotel!

This was a great place to stay and access the Westheimer attractions and easy access to the Western side of Houston.

I enjoyed the hotel. This hotel is not a 3 star as specified, but it is your typical family vacation hotel. If you are looking for a room that will spark a romantic vibe, this is not it! But if you want to be forced into getting a little closer, this matchbox room will catalyze your claustrophobia!

It is a great hotel, I would tell anyone to go there for a visit.

The room was clean, toiletries were stocked daily, and the room was also quiet as I stayed at the end of the hall near the stairwell. The young men who work the front desk were extremely nice and accommodating.
