Hotel Guest Reviews of the Napa Valley Hotel & Suites - A 3 Palms Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 25, 2013

All in all, the hotel was an excellent experience. The one thing that I'd complain about is that the walls are thin, meaning you can hear the comings and goings of those around us. Other than that, I loved staying here! The staff was polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and quaint, AND there was a jacuzzi tub. I also really enjoyed the location- the town is adorable.

Clean hotel, rooms nicely decorated and good location but not really worth the money. Like a best western. Tiny parking lot, tiny rooms. Old tv. Not much for amenities. Very loud. Thin walls and windows. Louvered blinds did not block out the light. I wouldn't stay here again.

This is an average hotel/motel (outside hallways) centered in downtown Napa. It wasn't spectacular or overly dissapointing, but the location is its biggest asset. I got a good price and was content overall. It's an older building that isn't meticulously maintained but it was fine for my needs.

This is not a Hotel as described, it is a MOTEL. And probably because it is pet friendly, it smelled awful-we changed rooms immediately. Even the second room smelled bad but was tolerable. The noise from the parking area which is right outside the rooms was loud and lasted into the early AM. The location is very good for downtown Napa. But I would not stay there again. We paid for 2 nights, but would not stay the second, however, our son and his friend did and they said no problems with noise. ...

The stair well had several cigarette butts strewn all over. After the perfume smell receded, the room reeked of smoke. The location is great though and the price is good. The room is nicely furnished.

Price great for location. Staff knowledgable and friendly. I will stay there every time I go to Napa. Parking is first come first serve and when busy, it's a bit of a problem.

Stay here only for the location. If you have more money to burn, there are nicer spots.
