The Queen Anne

If you want a romantic getaway that is quiet but still close to the French Quarter, then stay here. We had a spacious room and never once heard any other guests. The bathroom was a great size. Amenities were all there: TV, coffee, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer. I'd definitely stay here again.

Set in an 1890 Victorian House, this small hotel is part of a set of three properties owned by a company. The rooms were beautiful, large, and had modern conveniences (including a refrigerator and microwave). The central air unit--dedicated to each room-was a bit loud when it came on at night. The breakfast was free, but hard to find. You had to cross the street to find breakfast, I went to the wrong building (the office) where they had a poor continental breakfast and no one told me about the better breakfast across the street.
