Wonderful experience. My in room breakfast that I ordered was an hour late and the Dining manager paid for my breakfast and lunch. The right way to handle an inconvenience. Will definately stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly. They actually were the best thing about the trip.
The pool was a little small, especially since there were about 15 kids trying to swim at one time.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us directions and when we experienced a problem with the in room safe, a security personnel came and dealt with the issue right away. The beds were a luxury after long days.
A fridge in the room would have made this hotel a 10/10 on all counts.
Great location, walking distance to the French Quarter and St. Charles streetcar. We parked at a garage down the street for $20 a night.

No house keeping during three night I stayed there. I complained first day and surprised found that they still did not do it the second day even I left the room around 8:00am. Manager apologized after my second complain but still I was disappointed
