Hotel Guest Reviews of the London Marriott Hotel Maida Vale

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Room poorly refreshed by housekeeping - coffee and tea not replaced, ice bucket bag not changed, floor improperly vacuumed, shampoo not replaced. Internet access stupidly expensive, and no computer terminal available for flight check in without paying

At the Priceline rate, this hotel was excellent value for money. At the rack rate it would have been outrageously overpriced.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
I wish I knew what and how much they charged to use appliances in the room such as the phone or wifi. I was under the impression that wifi/breakfast was included with the room from reading the description of the hotel.

Staying in this particular location, the use of the underground Oyster card is essential to enjoying London without breaking the bank on taxis.

The staff was incredible. accommodating and Helpful!!!
paying 75 pounds for a week of internet is crazy in todays age. Also the one day we had breakfast their, it was unremarkable.

This Hotel is great if you have local business in the area and are only planning a short stay. For vacations, it is too far from everything, and there is a lack of restaurant options in the area for more than a few day stay. The staff here, especially the concierge team is extraordinary. Everyone is very helpful and good at there profession. Worth it if you are doing a name your own price, but be wary if you are paying the crazy amounts they are asking for the rooms. ...read more

The concierge was great.
The area is a little sketchy.

The hotel was great and public transportation close by. Parking 30 pound per day so don't bring a car. The area is a heavily populated ethnic area, primarily Persian. We had trouble finding an English pub near the hotel.

Room was nice
Too far from central London. Did not have Priceline booking in their system but did give us a room. Room was air conditioned - too cold - knob to turn off ac missing. They bought up a heater. Toilet needed 6 or so flushings to work.
