Staff were as helpful as they could with what they had to work with.
This unit had a kitchen with practically no dishes,pots and pans or cutlery,when asked( took us 3x's to get ahold of front desk(15-20 mins)they found some stuff for us,but in poor condition. Alsojust before leaving a new guest walked in our room.

For the money,i would stay anywhere else. This hotel needs more work, they charge $5.00 for parking,but no security anywhere. A new guest checked into our room before we left,and no tv's in guest rooms. The unit had a kitchen that had dishes,cutlery and pots and pans that were sub-standard.

Bad front desk custom service, bad facilities.

Front desk was rude and not helpful. Very poor facilities. Small TV, very old and gloomy elevator. I asked for an exact quilt because the heater is not working well, and the custom service literally said, we don't have anything.

Good location (not far from shopping mall, restaurants).

Nice hotel for the price. Convenient location (not far from shopping mall and restaurants); close to the airport. Room were spacious, clean, bed was comfortable. It seemed like the hotel was being renovated, but overall nice hotel.
