Hotel Guest Reviews of the Crossland Eugene-Springfield

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The housekeeping staff need to be more professional when guests are present. Was disappointed at the language and topics of conversation among them.
The housekeeping staff was very non-professional.

I was not that impressed with the stay at all. The location is good, but the staff need to learn to be more professional when guests are present.

Easy check in and check out. The front desk was very helpful.
We were given the wrong password for the internet upon check-in, and didn't notice till 9:30 that night, but the front desk was very helpful and friendly. They solved the issue right away.

I use to work for a hotel in housekeeping and inspected rooms on a regular basis, (so I know the tricks). I checked it from top to bottom and even the tops of the doors were dust free! Very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The room was small and not renovated, or anything. It was pretty , no frills, but it was very comfortable and I appreciated the coffee in the room. Showers water pressure was so intense, we went and got our daughter, so she could shower there. It was great. I would stay here again. ...read more

It was nice to have a little kitchen.
I didn't like the long-stay (monthly) tenants. They weren't respectful of the standard hotel guests.

The hotel was fine. The staff was very nice, but the long term guests can be a bit intimidating.

The staff was friendly and helped us with all of our questions.
Bathroom counter space was non existant.

The hotel was fairly clean and the staff was friendly. It served our purposes for the night and gave us a clean place to spend the night as we were just passing through. Not bad for the price. We would probably stay here again.

Affordable price and convenience location for me to get to where
I need to be.
I wish the bathroom is a little bigger and i wish it has a hair dryer.

Affordable price, clean and friendly helpful staffs. I love that it has a kitchen although I did not use it. But it is a plus to have kitchen.

It was clean, and the price was right. We were only there for a total of 10 hours.
The bed was not high quality.

The price
The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

If you don't need to sleep this is an ok inexpensive hotel.

Booked non-smoking, but was put into a smoking room. We found another hotel instead of staying.

We booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. The room smelled, was old and musty. We were able to find a room at another hotel and paid the extra money to not have our cloths smell and a soft bed. The worst experience we have had with booking a room on Priceline and will consider not using this service again.

The staff were very nice, incuding apologies for the fleas in the room and a quick room exchange.
Fleas! We have cats at home.

This is a very basic motel for business travel. It was ok for us because we had made reservations pretty late and it was a busy weekend with all the other lodging filled up. Not a place to hang around, but adequate to get a nights sleep. All rooms have a small kitchenette which could be good for an economy stay.

They charge for wi-fi access, and it was quirky and I never managed to get logged in.

It was clean enough, older. It's a motel though - doors open to the outside - which surprised me for the price.
