Staff and facility were great
There is nowhere to sit in the lobby area. It's nice to occasionally sit an people watch without being in a bar or at a slot machine

The location is good and there are lots of shows going on in the hotel.
Very big so just getting from your room to the street can take awhile.

It was a really good hotel. The room was kind of small, but renovated and clean. It has a good buffet, a bit expensive though. It's convenient if you want to see shows or comedy acts because a lot of big names go there. Location isn't the best on the strip but it's still really good.

I unfortunately broke my leg my second day in Vegas. After hospitalization, I was unable to walk. Everyone from the front door to my room was so kind and helpful...esp security team!! Restaurants great at accommodating me...food wonderful!! Kind helpful

Newly renovated rooms look great.

Newly renovated rooms. I stayed here three years ago and before the renovation, I would not pay what they were charging again. Price is reasonable again and rooms are great.

The McDonalds stopped serving burgers & fries at 5am, this was very disappointing. Please recommend them to start breakfast at 6am, not 5am.

Very nice, will come back.

Called to advise that our flight was late and was told they would hold the room till 12 midnight. Our flight was even later and called and told they would only hold the room till 3;00 a.m. Could not understand that since 1st night was already paid.
never have said anywhere else. has lost it's star quality.

Go next door on las vegas blvd. to a little shop with a subway in it. Dasani water is 2 for 1.00 compared to 3.00 in hotel. Coke bottle 2/333. compared to 3.00 in vending. Alot of construction going on to build a new resturant. when we checked in the room had a dirty wash cloth on the vanity that looked like they had cleaned the toilet with it. Also sheets and pillows were on the floor even though the bed was made. Room itself was beautiful and very comfortable. we were moved to a different room and comped 4 buffets. buffet was not the best and very expensive. ...read more
