Hotel Guest Reviews of the Circus Circus Hotel And Casino
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 16, 2013

Everything was good the service was good the only complaint we have is that the offered us a wheelchair for my husband because he's 88+ years old and when we when to get one the wanted $65.00 and a driver's license to rent it, we said no and he was unable to see any of the sites.

Overall, the rooms are clean and cheap, but very outdated. The restaurants in the hotel are overpriced with terrible food (we ate at 4 diff restaurants). The hotel charges a 'resort fee' of $10.00 per day on top of the price you are quoted online. Also they charge for late check out for $10 up to $20 additional dollars. Our bathtub was clogged and the maids forgot to clean our room one of the days. We stayed in the skyrise tower and we had to take two different elevators and walk throught the entire casino just to get to and from our room. The hotel isn't laid out very well and directions aren't clear. Also the pool is accross the street by an RV park. The entire hotel and pool are completely run down, I felt like I was staying at a Motel 6. I never do reviews, but I felt like people needed to know what they are getting into before they book their stay at Circus Circus. ...

Based on our experience, we would never stay here again. When we checked in, we were informed that we wouldn't be staying inside the hotel. They sent us outside to the circus circus manor a.k.a. the motel/r.v. part of the property. The building smelled like a dentist office and marijuana. All of the light sockets were either broken or wouldn't hold a plug. The beds were shitty and I woke up with back and neck pain. The location was in a bad part of town full of bums. I found a bug in the bathroom on the last night and didn't say anything because we were leaving in the morning. The price that you get from priceline is not what you end up paying. The resort fees and taxes are added on when you get there. But the website doesn't tell you that. Overall, I would never stay at circus circus again. ...
