Hotel Guest Reviews of the Town House Motel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great staff, very help full and knowledgeable of area and a good restraunt guide. Room pretty clean except the draws. Bed more comfortable than I expected!! Seemed very safe atmosphere for being down town.
Musty smell in room, and room seemed to be needing a bit of updating. Wasn't hip with the painted block walls. But it didn't seem to bother the wife.

Nice hotel, I'd stay again, it was quaint. Haven't been to a motor-court style hotel since I was a kid. Continental breakfast was good, hotel staff very nice
Decor outdated & small parking lot (had to park on the street), but everything else was nice

Breakfast was decent. Would recommend adding hard boiled eggs to round out everything else they offer.
Found the room dirty, very uninviting (the bright light bulbs), room and motel needs lots of attention to detail. Exterior wasn't clean - overflowing trashcans, butts out on the ground. Some clientele were scary! Not impressed, especially for the price.

Parking is limited, at the fringe of town. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Walking distance to downtown which has a nice atmosphere. Staff very nice and helpful. Bed comfotable. Nice breakfast selection, large seating area. Had a pool
Very dated furnishings, no shampoo or hairdryer provided. Bathroom door wouldnt shut properly. I personally might stay there again but probably wouldnt recommend due to its datedness.

The lobby was closed at 10PM so I couldn't check in until the morning. Luckily my friend had already checked in and had a key.

The staff here is awesome. They make you feel at home for sure!
Hotel is dated and the rooms aren't very big. Not the best venue, an ok continental breakfast.

The room size was great since we had my husband ,me and 3 children staying in it.
The location was not what the greatest being right across the street from a jail. The parking was not the greastest because you might have to park on the opposite side of where your room was.

the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location to downtown activities - within walking distance of the Elks Theatre, bronze Presidents statues and restaurants. Also easy access to highway 16 (route to Crazy Horse, Mount Rushmore, Sitting Bull Caverns, etc).
