Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Peachtree Plaza

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The amazing view of Atlanta.
The walls are a little thin.

Swimming pool, fitness room
Small room, no double bed available and hotel too crowdy. Bad customer service .

The location is perfect for walking to all the major attractions. The staff was friendly snd helpful.
If you have a vehicle you are forced to use valet parking at $32 a day for in and out privleges compared to self parking at $24 a day, but no in and out option. Parking was expensive.

Room was nice and ceiling to floor windows provided a great view of Downtown Atlanta. However, the bathroom was small.

View from the restaurant, gym was nice
Parking fee is outrageous , restaurant rules requiring every person to purchase an entree-the cheapest of which was $35 dollars was rediculous

Location couldn't have been better... Close to everything in Atlanta.
Room did not have free Wifi ($12 charge/day) or free parking ($22/day). We didn't have a garbage can after asking multiple times. Pool is hard to find, and was cold anyway so kids were really disappointed.

location is good, real close to tons of restraunts
parking is an additional $20 per day. But almost all the hotels in downtown Atlanta charge for parking.

The location is awesome and what the hotel offers a wide variety of options
Parking is horrible and at least $20 a night (if you use a public garage). The check-in took over 20 mins and staff members were ignoring the long lines. The hotel is not well marked, as to where to park to check-in
