The staff was very friendly and location was perfect.
The restaurant was good, but there are much better within a 5 minute walk.

The Westin-Vendôme is centrally located and perfect for travelers who want to be able to shop and see the most famous landmarks and museums all within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to anyone because of this and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were very small. Confusion about room assignment when we arrived. We were kept waiting two hours.

Turn down service on request only.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, when it was the Intercontinental and I think the overall service was better then the Westin. There was only soap and shampoo in the rooms and not anything else. You had to request turn-down service and overall the Westin seems a bit chintzy. The breakfast was too expensive to eat there. We did have dinner one night it wasn't bad, but it was very overpriced, and not worth the money for the food served. ...read more
