This hotel is a great place to come back to after a long day of 'touring'! Plush and comfortable bedding, fast wi-fi, great location, and cordial and very helpful staff made my stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Madrid! And I love Priceline! That's my first choice when booking hotels!

Family Traveling with Young Children
Rooms very disappointing, definitely not 5 star. Carpets were old and worn, rooms in need of refurbishing. Would not stay there again.

A grand old hotel in a perfect location! Over 100 years old, the architecture and interior spaces are stunning and romantic. The staff is professional and friendly. Downside: the food and beverage prices were outrageous, and while the room was clean, the carpet was old and worn. The bed was also not up to the Westin standard.

This hotel is a real treat. Breakfast was incredible and not to be rushed. Served in the Rotunda with its wonderful glass dome we lingered for 2 hours every morning enjoying both the food and people watching! Room was perfect and looked over to the Prado and Neptune fountain. Separate toilet and double sinks. Shower very good. Very elegant interiors and excellent staff. Perfect. ...
