The shower heads and bed were amazing. Also, I loved the pool on the roof. Overall wonderful stay.
No mints on the pillows! Seriously tho, I wished we had a mini fridge for food storage.

The view was breath taking and the elevators were fast. The staff was polite and accommodating. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable.

Amazing lobby, awesome guest room views of the river, very nice rooftop pool, clean and comfortable room, good location. The Westin gets all the "big stuff" right with this hotel.
Found the staff, service & "little things" average at best. Examples: 1. very poor signs to get from self parking to the hotel lobby. 2. No attendant for pool -a mess 3. Slow service late night dining 4. unhelpful staff 5. hidden ice machine- had to call

Hard to go wrong with this place, but suggest the management focus on easy-to-fix service and details that detract from an otherwise fantastic hotel. The contrast in staff attitude across-the-board in another nearby hotel (same price) was like night and day.

Room service was reasonably priced. Quick delivery.
There was an incident with a Swat team involved & was never told of the problem, parking is too expensive! $27.00 a night!

Great location. Go out the door and cross the street to casino.

The view from our 23rd floor over the river was superb. Wifi was complimentary, which was a surprise for a hotel with these stars.
Only negative was it was at least 6 blocks from Bourbon St.

The breakfast buffet was expensive $30 a person including taxes.

Walking distance to most area attractions
The parking garage was a bit tight and confusing to maneuver. There are two elevators in the parking garage, however only one will take you to the hotel lobby. Better signs/directions from the parking garage would be beneficial.

Great views of the city and the river!

Location, location, location.
The worst thing about our stay was that we had to leave. We'll makes efforts to stay at this hotel on every future trip to this area.

This property is located perfectly, it's close to everything! Want to go to the Quarter? It's steps away, yet the hotel is quiet. Need a streetcar? It's steps away. Shopping? Movies? Yup, you're covered. We absolutely fell in love w/this place. Can't recommend the hotel restaurant, but the bar looks cool. Saturday nights get a little loud there's a music set, but nothing too obtrusive. The rooftop pool is small, but offers the BEST views of the city. The staff is incredible, no need goes unmet. ...read more
