Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Copley Place

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Beautiful hotel, nice big room, requested double beds and had no problem, lovely bed linens, great location near Newbury St and Boston Public Library.
Hotel is perfect.

Westin Copley Place is definitely a four star hotel. It met all of our expectations. We had breakfast at the breakfast buffet and it was a cut above the usual hotel breakfast buffets with some unusual choices and everything well done. I liked that the belgian waffles were already made, and fresh. The hotel is a reasonable walk to places we wanted to go, like the theater district and the Museum of Fine Arts. There is a large shopping center in the Prudential Center nearby and I understand that you can get there without going outdoors but the weather was nice so we just walked on the street but good to know if you have a day with bad weather. There is a large open area across the street which had a farmers market one day and musical groups at night. Two blocks from Newbury Street and lots of shops. All in all, great hotel and we were very pleased. ...read more
