Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Westin Cincinnati

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Was surprised by parking cost in downtown Cincinnati.

Great location on fountain square in downtown, walking to restaurants, bars, pretty atmosphere with ice rink in full swing for season. Nice pool and hot tub in facility. Appreciated the clean and comfortable room!
You do have to pay for parking,, but normal for most downtown locations.

It was a beautiful hotel and the staff was nice. Had a major issue and that is why I rated it lower.
They gave us keys to a room and when we entered which it was later in the evening someone was already in the room. What would your reaction be when you are in a hotel room and a stranger enters. Could have been shot... or beat up anything.

The location is across from fountain square and close to the ball stadium. The parking garage was connected to the hotel so we only had to take the elevator up to get to the lobby. Check in was quick and simple. Will stay here again.

Friendly and accommodating staff
Noisy from bar across the street into early morning hours. Only two computers - had to wait a considerable time to use

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Staff was friendly and the valet staff was very thoughtful and efficient.
Our room was right next door to a room that was being renovated, so there was excessive construction noise from early morning to early evening. Also, there was zero humidity in room, so there was an incredible amount of static electricity!

Did not have much contact with many of the staff but the housekeeping woman was the sweetest, most friendly staff member ever. Beautiful pool and hot tub.
Only problem was we had room 1513 and the area code was 513, so we got a lot of people trying to call out from their hotel room....1 followed by area code = our room number...had to unplug the phone to stop numerous calls in the middle of the night.

Nice room, comfy beds, great pillows!
Self parking was a little weird (hard to figure out where to park) & valet parking was expensive! $28 a night is ridiculous!
