Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Room is quite spacious.
Ridiculously expensive internet fees.

As said in the reviews of other customers and some of my friends, people tended to choose The Venetian when they went to Macau for the first time. That's it. Most sane people wouldn't stay here again. The most attractive feature of this hotel is its location-- right in the largest indoor shopping center. Despite of that, the hotel is kinda old. The staff are doing ok, but no more than that. The truth is, all those extra luxury hotels (four seasons, sheraton...) have easy access to the shopping center and casinos in the Venetian, but with lower room rates, arguably better service, and more importantly, less noise. Speaking from my experience, be very careful when you book this hotel on priceline. If you see breakfast or internet listed as "freebies", take a screenshot of it. When you get your confirmation from Agoda.com, you'll see nothing but the bed is included. And you'd better have some proof in hand when you try to spend 20 minutes on an international customer service line. Good luck with that, and best luck in Macau! ...read more

Great large rooms
No

This hotel has a great large bedroom and is clean and tidy. Services and facilities here are not bad. If a hairdryer and a bigger bathtub are supplied in the bathroom it will be better.
