Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Tombstone Grand Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

cleanliness
The person on the evening shift was terrible. He refused to put us in a downstairs room,(I am handicapped) THERE's NO ELEVATOR! We came a day early, he refused to give us a room, saying they were booked up. (The day shift said they were NOT booked up.)

It had a nice ambiance and they did have the fire pit working. The room was suffient and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was ok and it was ready in the AM when they claimed it would be. It met the expectations for a 2.5 star hotel.
The room although clean..was very dusty..as if it hadn't been occupied in awhile. The pool and jacuzzi were closed for maintenance..(so they said) but it was a Thursday and we didn't see any activity that supported that claim.

It was a place to stay close to Tombstone.
The Front Desk woman was rude and very short with us. The complimentary food was decent but they ran out of syrup, eggs, sausage and had to be reminded;the room was ok-table had peeling fr edges;minimal pillows and towels. Not 3.5 or 4 stars but decent.

We arrived early and our room was already prepared. The hotel is literally a three minute drive from Fremont and Allen Streets!

Best place to stay in Tombstone...but after 3 day stay..sheets never changed..no coffee replenished in room and no elevator..had to haul a very heavy suitcase up the stairs..when I left I let it fall down the stairs!!!
