Hotel Guest Reviews of the The St. Regis Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.August 14, 2012

I'd recommend the St. Regis for the tourist and business travelers. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Location cant be beat-convenient to the Sky Train and in the midst of downtown. The room and amenities was great-free wireless connection and free international calls from your room! Nice business center as well. A surprise was the complimentary made-to-order breakfast from the guests-only restaurant in the basement; nice room and good wait staff as well as yummy breakfast! Good job St. Regis! ...

Loved my stay. Excellent service form staff, from bringing extra towels right away to making great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The rooms are beautifully appointed with high quality furniture and light fixtures. Loved the heated floor in bathroom (was there in January), the large shower, and the high-end German plumbing fixtures. A real, full breakfast (not bread and a toaster), ordered from the menu and served to your table, is included in the price of the room. Checkout process done in seconds. ...

The St. Regis is a nicely appointed and conveniently situated hotel in a busy section of downtown Vancouver. Amenities include free breakfast and WiFi, and nice touches like complimentary bottled water and chocolates in your room. This hotel is a good choice for convenience, comfort, and value.
