Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

clean. Friendly staff that seemed to care and not just give you face time.
Lounge staff. Long waits for service. Left after 10 minutes of no service.

Door staff and front desk were wonderful.

Quiet room. Great location. Good service. Not up to the standards of other Ritz hotels.
Poor street entrance/access. A minor faux pais with room service - spoon not included with poached egg order. Extra charge for room access to internet - $10/day. No hot water one morning - problem fixed later that day.

the staff was a well oiled machine , from the valet to room maintance, everyone somehow knows your name and has knowlege of surronding area.
everything was perfect.

Location is perfect. Walking distace to everything you want in a city, historic sites, great resturants, antiquing, bars and the reading station market. the hotel room was very comfortable in size and very clean with beautiful bathrooms.Very hard to find a nicer experience.

The helpful staff and the restaurant
The plumbing needs improving: pope eater pressure, poor shower drainage. And making a phone call required the operator

The hotel is in a beautiful old bank building but some of its services like plumbing need upgrading.

Paying for parking.

For the price of the room parking should be free and a local (267) phone call should be free
