Welcome to the The Park Central Hotel
Classic Miami accommodations with Art Deco styling, free Wi-Fi, a rooftop deck, an outdoor pool and the beach a short walk away are all hallmarks of the smoke-free Park Central Hotel.
All 127 rooms at the six-floor hotel have views of the beach or surrounding South Beach area. A good night's sleep comes courtesy of featherbeds with plush duvets. Accommodations are decorated in Art Deco style with period photos and have ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning. Don't leave the laptop at home, since wireless and wired internet is complimentary in the rooms. High tech has a home here, with plasma-screen TVs and iHome docking stations for your Ipod. There's plenty to do outside the rooms; take a swim in the outdoor pool or take in some sun on the tropically landscaped rooftop deck. Walk across the palm-lined Lummus Park to the beach and plop yourself down on a beach chair, provided along with towels. Water-sports equipment and cabana rentals are available. The hotel offers discounted passes to a nearby fitness center and has a seafood restaurant with "Floribbean" accents. There is also an al fresco restaurant with terrace and sidewalk dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Parking is available for an additional fee.
The Park Central Hotel is situated on Ocean Drive in the heart of South Beach, across Lummus Park from the beach. Lincoln Road Mall is 10 blocks from the hotel, and the Miami Beach Convention Center is 12 blocks away. The beaches and parks of Key Biscayne are a 12-mile drive from the hotel, and Miami International Airport is 10 miles away.
Priceline guests love the Art Deco charm and outdoor pool at The Park Central Hotel, but it's the "awesome location" "directly across from the beach" in the thick of the action that really steals the show.

Needs updating the layers of paint on the doors etc, told the story.

The room - especially the bathroom - was a little small. However, that was to be expected with a vintage hotel. Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, location wonderful. All-in-all a great experience. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

This hotel was great! The staff were amazing and super helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, and the facilities where all that we could ask for. The restaurant was great with nice waiters and a sidewalk view. And the location was perfect.

Staff was very nice. Location was wonderful. Both of the eating establishments connected to the hotel were great. A little pricey, but great.

The Hotel is nicely maintained and authentically art deco. The rooms are old but seem more than adequate. Public areas are rather grand. Staff very helpful.I wish I had been told to be leary of the restaurants along Ocean Blvd. We got quite "ripped Off" by one of many restaurants along Ocean.

Really liked hotel, especially the upgrade to suite. Food was great, but again the service was horrible. Not very attentive to the guest. I'm a hotel manager so I know. Housekeeping was excellent and very professional.
