Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Very friendly and engaging staff
We requested a handicap accessible room which was complied. The room was VERY FAR from the elevator. We opted for a room closer to the elevator and made due without the handicap accessible room. All handicaps need or use a wheelchair.

After reading many reviews on dozens of hotels, we settled on the Langham. It is gorgeous, and the service is impeccable. Known for business travel, but in our opinion, perfect for everyone!
No

We walked from the South Station, after taking the Silver Line bus for free. It was an easy ten minute walk to the Langham. The ride back to the airport has a fee of $2.50, and they take exact change. We were greeted by the doorman, and asked if we needed assistance with the bags. We checked in at the front desk. We decided to upgrade to the Contemporary Suite. It was on the 9th floor with a great view of downtown Boston, and the park. Fantastic room, two TV's, robes and slippers, IPod docking station, Bose wave radio, table and chairs with lights with dimmer switch, a sofa and love seat, expresso machine, electric pot for hot water, and a DVD player was brought at our request. There was even an umbrella for our use while at the hotel. The location is ideal for walking the freedom trail, enjoying Quincy Market, eating Italian in the North End, touring Beacon Hill and Back Bay, and an easy subway ride to tour Cambridge. Boston is known as America's best walking city, and this hotel is close to it all. ...read more
