Hotel Guest Reviews of the Barefoot Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room and location was great.
The staff always seemed bothered when we had questions.

Clean and very comfortable.

The decor and comfort of the room
Previously, there was a "no pay, until you stay" policy because of booking through priceline. Now only 6 weeks later than the first stay, the staff said there is no such policy! Check in isn't until 4 p.m and check out is a bit early at 10 a.m.!

All around nice but, you have to be aware of the late check in and early check out.

I liked the kitchen and porch
I have been double billed and am extremely unhappy until it is resolved.

The physical plant is nice. The staff is almost non-existant and very little assistance is available if a real person is needed.

The decor and location were great!
The "Fun Zone" while across the street, was a great location for families and was fun, at night, the noise level, fom the live music, made it difficult to fall asleep easily(if you face the front.) They don't shut it down until 12 midnight!

The noise level is the only complaint. The rest was great. Spacious, clean, plenty of room in the kitchen...everything was really nice.

Great rooms!! Loved them and the layout!
Loud at night due to an attraction nearby flipped on the furnace fan and all was good.

Great value!

Great location walking distance to activities and restaurants Very clean and modern and a great value.
The hot tub wasn't working so didn't think we should have to pay a resort fee The only resort feature we wanted to use (hot tub) was broken. Bed pillows were way too large.

The rooms were clean and efficiently designed. The pools were clean and easily accessible. many restaurants in the vicinity and close to the Disney/Universal parks.
The night time noise from across the street at Old Town was REALLY annoying when trying to sleep. The front bedroom was almost unbearable due to the volume of carnival noise.

This was like a nice one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and washer dryer. Stayed there while at a conference a mile away at the Gaylord Palms for a fraction of the price.Gated, safe, friendly folks!

Great room. Nice furnishing.
Hotel could use better road signage, a bit hard to spot.

Great room, no complaints about the service or facility. Be advised that the road signage says "Barefoot in the Keys", not "Barefoot Suites", and you must pass through a security gate to get into the parking lot. There are two streets off of 192 that can get you to the hotel: Holiday or Florida Plaza Blvd. Holiday is at a light (less than 3 miles off I-4) the other road is a small side road with no light. Once we found the place, it was very nice. We would definitely stay there again. ...read more
