Hotel Guest Reviews of the Tarrytown House Estate & Conference Center

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The property is beautiful and there are so many places around the hotel to sit and enjoy your surroundings. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna were also amazing. It is a very peaceful getaway after spending a few days in the bustle of NYC.
There are not many options for food and it's hard to even find water fountains. I did not have a car which made it difficult to go into town to eat, but if you have transportation this might not be a huge issue for you.

Very accomendating.. The grounds & facilities are so beautiful. Better signage is needed for the hallways we all got lost a few times. Overall it was great & I would recommend to friends
Bathrooms are too small

Cleaning staff does a good job. Grounds and nature are beautiful.
Very uncomfortable beds, tv hummed & took several days to get corrected. Rooms far away (horrible when coming back late at night) no elevators if we were older would have been a huge issue. Not a luxury hotel - linens etc

Not worth the money at all. Very disappointed. Would be a 3 star at best and I only choose because of the star rating..... should get a credit back!

Beautiful grounds, very nice, clean rooms, excellent staff, attentive and responsive but not intrusive.
Still have not found restaurant, but it does exist,

otherwise grounds and settings excellent, tennis courts, pool excellent for walking,

Grounds are spectacular and rooms extremely large and well decorated.
Limitation is the layout of the hotel. There are many tiers and at times difficult to find your way around the facility. But the ambiance, hotel staff, outstanding landscaping, and great restaurant make it all worth while.

Great pool and exercise room. also enjoy the many areas for reading and relaxing, especially in the gardens.

Beautiful setting. Loved the onsite restaurant. Close to Irvington. Room was very nice, large, and clean.

I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.
