Hotel Guest Reviews of the Taj Boston

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Beautiful hotel in a super location. Would highly recommend this hotel for a family friendly vacation. Close to everything. Took the T to Sam Adams which was easy effort. Walked to everything else.
Freedom Trail was within walking distance from hotel. After completing, was taken back to hotel by a Granny cab (bicycle pulled cart) which made our sightseeing complete for just $40. Well worth it. Loved the city

Hotel is very old and dated. Two of the bed post missing in room 636. No pen no coffee maker could not find hairdryer. Carpets looked very old. Frayed menu in bar. Frayed chair in dining room . Could not have breakfast even though we arrived at 1055.
Very disappointing stay. Would not stay again and would not recommend. Really did not like the Indian flavor to the menu! Hope new owners will improve this formerly beautiful hotel
