Hotel Guest Reviews of the Tahiti Village Resort & Spa

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location and the price was amazing, I loved my time there. I also got to relax in the amazing pool :D

The location was amazing. Staff was excellent. The pool was great, parking was awesome! The location is near a 7-11 which was bonus!

The bed & pillows were very comfortable.
I would like to see better lighting in the kitchen & Living rm area & a stove top to cook on. Also better lighting in the bathroom - for putting on makeup. I would also have liked the pool to be a little warmer.

We were very close to the Airport. We loved the Lazy River. There were convenient restaurants there & near by. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The Shuttles were very convenient.

Having a kitchenette and sitting area in our room was great.
No daily room cleaning, and staff was not very helpful.

Great to have a room with a couch and sitting area. Also, having a kitchenette with fridge helped us to bring food and save on eating out. Location was pretty good if you want to stay away from the crazy part of the Las Vegas Strip, but still close enough to be able to drive to all the action in less than 10 minutes.

Clean
Staff was not very helpful. I asked a hotel employee where the fitness center was and he walked me into a utility closet. That is only one example. There were more.

It is a nice place. The staff could use some customer service coaching.

The location and the kid friendly lazy river! The hotel in next to the indoor outlet mall, airport, freeway and just a few miles away from the Strip.
No late check out.

The hotel is great for families, with kid friendly lazy pool and the other pool has beach sand for kids to play. The Bora Bora room was large enough for a family of 4, with sofa bed for the kids. It has a full kitchen just incase you want to cook and a combo washer-dryer.The best was the shower has a steam room, which helps when you have been swimming a lot and detox!

That it was off the strip and more kid friendly than the strip.

The hotel was located near a shopping mall, so if you didn't want to eat at the facility there, you could go elsewhere. Tahiti Joes has great food. It's nice to have a free shuttle to the strip and other places as well. I think if we went again, even without the kids. . .I'd stay at Tahiti Village.

No it was a very cold winter night weekend, we slept with our coats on and could not bathe. No heat in the room.Requested for the heat to be fixed it wasn't fixed until the night before check out. Was told that we would be given a comp room did not get it
Staff cane in to fix heater and left it undone to fix another call. We told them that it was to cold to bathe our 4 month old grandchild.. We nerver seen them again.

Was not accommodating and tried to call to receive comp roon that was promised by manager Mike. And was told that we need to give them a comp certificate and was nerver told that that was a requirement . We was told to call and make the reservation. So we pay for services that was horrible and very uncomfortable.
