Location
Parking fee is too expensive.

Compared to facility, the price is too high

The location is great. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The room was very clean. The pool staff were very polite and making sure we had everything we need it.
Overall my experience with the hotel was good. All the staff were polite and accommodating to our needs. The only negative experience was on the last day as we were checking out, the lady at the front desk was rude.

Very clean, free wine reception, nice atmosphere. Upon check out the staff credited one night of the resort tax fee. That was nice.
Drinks are pricey, you have to rent an umbrella on the beach. Valet parking is $37 per night but I think that is typical for staying at an Art Deco on Collins Ave.

Overall great experience and I would stay again. Stayed very comfortably with two young kids and we all loved the pool.

the front desk and manager were exceptional
the beach staff was not professional. there were 2 men and one women. the woman was very friendly and accommodating. one man started to help me then left the other guy to help me with towels and lounges and made me wait until he finished numerous other

very nice location-drinks were very pricy -for 2 cans of seltzer we were charged 16 dollars.

The customer service was excellent - so helpful and responsive!
The rooms were too small, seemed dated, too few kids activities or kids in general.

Great service, staff very helpful and responsive,
but the rooms are very small, the hotel is just small in general.
