This hotel is a good value for the money, convenient for travelers and the staff is very nice.

The hotel was average, but for some reason we slept extremely well in that bed! Best night's sleep we have had in a long time. The outside of the hotel could use some fixing up. The temperature control in the room was perfect. Maybe that's why we slept so well! The bed was comfortable too.

The room was very basic with no coffee maker, microwave or refrigerator although it was very clean. The tv only affords the most basic of cable channels, I would have liked at least one movie channel. But,I definitely enjoyed having a front patio to my room so you can appreciate the outdoors. The hotel is in a good spot for travelling into Kingston or further out onto Rt. 28 to the Catskills. It was a good value for the money I paid. ...

Its a converted Howard Johnson's. Not updated recently but not horrible. I thought it was a bit pricey for the quality but I guess it was consistant with the area. Aside from the old cigarette smoke odor in the room and some mildewey smell in the hallway it appeared clean. Beds were not uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean but the towels very thin.

Would not stay there again.

Rooms were clean. It's not glamorous, but the most important thing to me was not having to worry about dirty rooms or unwanted pests. I am satisfied with the level of cleanliness. I would stay at this place again.

This hotel is only appropriate for anyone looking for place to stay for 1 night. I just felt like it was overpriced for the state of the rooms, and I didn't feel all that safe with people in the parking lot early in the morning/late at night.
