The room was clean. But the locals appeared to be using it as a party spot or place for criminal activity.

When I went to check out and have breakfast I had to ring a bell because the lobby was locked. The man who answered the bell had obviously been asleep. He took my key and locked the door again with me on the outside. No receipt. Nothing had been put out for breakfast. Not being able to talk to hotel staff about concerns was very disconcerting. I slept not at all and would advise all to avoid this place. ...
