Family Traveling with Young Children
I will never stay here again. I guess you get what you pay for. The room was gross. We only had one bed so my kids slept on the dingy floor. So glad I brought sleeping bags for them to sleep on. My son woke up with two bites on his back. The tv was an old piece of crap. It sounded awful and there were hardly any channels. Mostly static. The bed was hard as a rock and it squeaked terribly! The bathroom light flickered the entire time that you were in there. The shower water hardly got warm. I'm very frustrated that they would even have the audacity to charge XXX/night for this dump! !! Really? ! I wouldn't recommend staying here at all! ...

Don't stay here. The room had not been cleaned properly. Shaved hair all over the bathroom sink faucet. This prompted me to check the sheets and sure enough, they had not been changed. I was disgusted. Even the towels looked like they had not been washed. Changed rooms. Checked sheets and they were so worn that there were little holes in them. You could see the mattress through the sheets! We checked out the very next day, but did not get a refund. We paid for three nights, stayed one night. We would like a refund for the two nights we did not stay, please. ...

I called the front desk to get an iron delivered to my room. The guy at the front desk said to come down to the lobby and pick it up. Okaaay. When I got there he was passed out. Upon waking him up, he informed me that he "had a long night" (Partying, I assume). Yep, that pretty much sums it up in a nutshell. Stay here if you are poor and don't mind a smelly hole in the wall with all of the above nuances. Or stay here during Comic-Con (like me) as it's close to the convention center, right next to the freeway, and it's "relatively" cheap (XXX/night) compared to a decent hotel which goes for XXX+/night during CC. ...
