When I drove to the neighborhood, it was as if I went to a bad part of Mexico. I was probably the only english speaking person within a half mile. Next door you can find, a pawn shop, liquor store, another pawn shop, another liqor store, a mexican ...
it was in Mexico

Don't stay there unless you are confortable staying in mexico

The staff were welcoming and everything went smoothly. The small breakfast bar was a nice touch.
The package was reasonable, the hotel is a bit dated but it's a place to sleep and better than other alternatives.

The neighborhood isn't anything to speak of and the doors don't insulate noise very well. But everyone staying there seemed to be in bed by 10pm so, I didn't hear overnight partying. A fair place overall.

Bed was comfortable
The area was very shady and loud, not a very safe area. The the staff was not very accommodating

The hotel is ok for adults with no young children but the outside was loud due to the area of North Hollywood. The priceline price was not very good and was the same as the actual hotel price.

the front desk staff, horrible attitude like i owed him anything. we are your customers! obviously he needs to go back and get his customer service training done all over again. IF he ever received any. I called in a day earlier to confirm my reservation

You can use the hotel's computer for free and there's continental breakfast.
The bed had thin sheets and not very comfortable. The place where it was at was a little shady too with strange people.

The room was clean, it smelled good
For the price I paid and the service I received, I have no complaints

Using the priceline negotiation process, I was able to save 15% off of my room. I called the hotel manager to request a non-smoking room, which he was able to accomodate. The hotel manager and staff were extremely friendly. My room was clean, easy to access, and I was comfortable staying there.
