they were scraping windows outside at 9:30 in the morning.and they clean carpets outside our door after along flight I like to sleep in.

It was ok. Had a refrig, hair dryer and sink was clean. Carpet needed shampooing. Staff was too anxious to clean before checkout...knocked on door at 9:30a.m.! Calm down, we checkout at 11:00..right?

If this is all someone wants or can afford, I'd say okay. I prefer a little nicer place. I would tend to recommend to others that they look for at least 3 star accommodations.
