Family Traveling with Young Children
The hotel looked as if it was still under construction without anything being constructed. The breakfast room needs to be tripled in size. The lounge area needs a complete overhaul. The space needs to be doubled if not tripled. The laundry room is the first thing you see when you enter. The only ice machine is on the third floor. The front desk is cramped and looks disorganized with old signs and papers scattered. I truly think the best bet is for the downstairs to lose ten to twenty rooms and expand the downstairs space. The hotel rooms with 2 queens are cramped. ...

I had booked this for on of my Traveling Techs and upon entering the room the sheets/towels/comforter all had stains on them. Some sticky substance on the dresser. Tub/toilet very dirty if I could attached photos I would have. I first requested a refund and was told no only until I sent them the photos that my Tech took did they agree to refund our money. I book a lot of rooms for my Techs and they are really easy going and usually don't complain but this was to much. ...

Was a Super 8 bought by Days Inn. The signage had not changed so hard to find after dark.

I've stayed in some shabby motels in my day, but this place is definitely the worst. I paid for two nights but had to leave after one. The smell in the hallways was horrible. The air conditioner in the room made a terrible rattling noise, but at least it helped to drown out the traffic noise from the highway right outside my window. Some woman was moving mattresses into the room across the hall from me and she had four or five young children with her, who were running around the hallway yelling at each other. She occasionally popped her head out of the room to yell at them, too. I would have complained to the front desk, but the woman who checked me in was so disinterested and discourteous I didn't even want to deal with her again. When I checked out a day early, she didn't even ask why I was leaving when I had already paid for the next night. She clearly was not interested in my satisfaction. ...
