Hotel Guest Reviews of the Days Inn Leominster/Fitchburg Area

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The bed was really comfortable
The hotel had a weird smell. It felt worn out and could use a renovation, but it is a one star hotel, so you get what you pay for.

There were obvious signs of people living in this hotel: kids' drawings in the windows, personal decorations on walls, kids bikes everywhere. This was odd. This hotel was supposed to have a continental breakfast, but the only thing available was coffee and yogurt. My husband watched a woman fill a pitcher with juice and take it back to her room, thus emptying the juice dispenser. Another person had six or seven yogurts that they were leaving with. It seems the people living there were taking their daily "groceries" back to their rooms and not leaving anything for the guests. ...read more

It was fine for the Priceline price. It did have free breakfast. The front desk staff was very courteous.
The room was narrow and you could not pull the bureau drawers all the way open without hitting the bed. the breakfast room was a converted hotel room with a narrow one way entrance and a bathroom in the room. The reception area was cramped.

The hotel looked as if it was still under construction without anything being constructed. The breakfast room needs to be tripled in size. The lounge area needs a complete overhaul. The space needs to be doubled if not tripled. The laundry room is the first thing you see when you enter. The only ice machine is on the third floor. The front desk is cramped and looks disorganized with old signs and papers scattered. I truly think the best bet is for the downstairs to lose ten to twenty rooms and expand the downstairs space. The hotel rooms with 2 queens are cramped. ...read more

Nothing!!!!
Upon check my Tech entering the room it was very dirty never stayed there. Requested a refund and was only given it upon proof of photos my Tech took upon entering the room.

I had booked this for on of my Traveling Techs and upon entering the room the sheets/towels/comforter all had stains on them. Some sticky substance on the dresser. Tub/toilet very dirty if I could attached photos I would have. I first requested a refund and was told no only until I sent them the photos that my Tech took did they agree to refund our money. I book a lot of rooms for my Techs and they are really easy going and usually don't complain but this was to much. ...read more

Was a Super 8 bought by Days Inn. The signage had not changed so hard to find after dark.

There is nothing good about this hotel.
The public spaces all smelled like someone was cooking fish; the towels were the thinnest and most abrasive I've ever used; the hallways were filthy; front desk staff was not very pleasant.

I've stayed in some shabby motels in my day, but this place is definitely the worst. I paid for two nights but had to leave after one. The smell in the hallways was horrible. The air conditioner in the room made a terrible rattling noise, but at least it helped to drown out the traffic noise from the highway right outside my window. Some woman was moving mattresses into the room across the hall from me and she had four or five young children with her, who were running around the hallway yelling at each other. She occasionally popped her head out of the room to yell at them, too. I would have complained to the front desk, but the woman who checked me in was so disinterested and discourteous I didn't even want to deal with her again. When I checked out a day early, she didn't even ask why I was leaving when I had already paid for the next night. She clearly was not interested in my satisfaction. ...read more
