Hotel Guest Reviews of the Super 7 - Bellevue

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The hotel was conveniently located.
The owner who worked the front desk was rather unprofessional. The lobby smelled so strongly of curry, that it penetrated into the nearby rooms including mine. Still had remnants of a Super 8, but I suppose it couldn't make the cut.

The owner who worked the front desk was rather unprofessional. The lobby smelled so strongly of curry, that it penetrated into the nearby rooms including mine. Still had remnants of a Super 8, but I suppose it couldn't make the cut, hence Super 7. Housekeeping was overly persistent with knocking to clean the room on check-out day beginning early and continuing every 30 minutes. The hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and highways which was a plus. Reserved a non-smoking but the owner insisted I booked a smoking room. He finally agreed to give me a non-smoking as long as it had a queen bed...would have saved us both lots of time if he would have made that option available from the beginning rather than trying to prove his point that I reserved a smoking room. Although the hotel was a 2* property and priced accordingly, it doesn't cost any more to make a room kind-of-clean compared to truly-clean, and this hotel believed in kind-of-clean. ***The safety chain on the door was broken and inoperable*** This hotel will do in a pinch, but if other accomodations are available, even for another $15 - $20, pay a little extra for a better quality hotel and corresponding experience. ...read more

The price on Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting weekend, even though it was 25% higher than normal, so was everywhere else.
Morning coffee--they just couldn't get it strong enough.

Price was cheap, and the rooms were well above the level expected for this rate.
Place was almost empty. Made me wonder what was wrong. Never saw any issues in the 2 ½ days there.

Excellent value for the rate. Room was comfortable, king bed was nice, in room refrigerator and Microwave, and there was coffee each morning in the lobby. We stayed in room on back side, and it was almost silent. Rooms on front face busy street, and could get noisy (I guess). My son lives in the area and we were visiting from out of town. I would stay there again if in the area. ...read more

Nothing.
Old, and poor condition.

This hotel used to be a Super 8 and now it is not. Too old.

The cleaning staff was very friendly!
The smell of the lobby, we kept holding our breath everytime we passed the lobby!

First of all we had a hard time finding the hotel we reserved because it was Americas Best Value Inn, we were never informed that it had changed to a Super 7 then when we paid it charged our credit card as a Super 8. Just really confusing!! If my family did not have to walk passed the lobby area everyday it would have been okay. The people who run it really should not cook ethnic food (which has such a strong smell) in the lobby area. My son was sick to his stomach after standing in the lobby for 5 min. We stayed for 5 days and would have rather paid more somewhere else just to not have to smell that everytime we came and went! ...read more
