Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Monument

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Easy location to get to. Ramada has just purchased this place so hopefully they will put a lot of dollars to update it. The lighting for the vanity was almost none existant. Internet was free and it was easy to find a parking place.
The breakfast was one of the worst Continental breakfas that I've ever had, no yogart, no fresh fruit, two choices of cereal, terrible coffee, lousy bacon and it was downhill from there. They have no elevators for anything. Bed was hard, etc.

Front desk attendant did their best in a sub par lodge.
Hair and unknown black spots on bedsheets, cobwebs, old clothes behind dresser, stained and worn out furniture, noisy being right on interstate, etc. My advice....do not stay here. This is a one star, NOT a 3 star lodge experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The room had a very strong water damage smell. The carpet was dirty and worn. Dirt and spiderwebs on walls and ceiling. Bathroom floor was very dirty around the edges. Furniture was worn and old. Balcony door did not latch or even shut completely.

Convenient to freeway, unconfirmed area..
This really shouldn't be a 3 star. It's far below level of other 3 stars in the area. Rooms are small and dark. Breakfast was cold cereal, yogurt and toast. Space heater had to he brought to the room to supplement wallheater. Adequate, but not much more.

Nothing
Its old and musty. Scum was in the bath tub. There was literally a STICK holding the patio door closed as a security measure. NO WAY A THREE STAR. However, I think you rated it because its the ONLY hotel aparently in Monument, CO

Way better three star hotels just five miles down the highway.
